fat and carbs, day 4

breakfast: granola, lowfat yogurt, and coffee with the fat free half and half, half gross, half better than skim.
lunch torilla, refried beans, sprinkle of cheese
dinner, pita pizza
later: 1 glass of shiraz

What have we learned here. I don't eat well when daddy-o is out of town. Also, I don't have a problem with sugar.

I am constantly amazed at how little you eat. I would be FAMISHED. It's a great thing to be a concious eater though, I'm glad you're so on board. A good example for me to follow!! I would be so embarrassed to look back on a week of my eating written down I think!

This is not what I've BEEN eating. Obviously. Stranglely enough, I haven't been famished, but I've almost eaten things and then thought, "Do I really want to write that down?"

Lunch is my problem. I need to figure out something that is premade and measured. I also eat leftover kid food, and I'm quitting that as well. I love to cook and I eat while I'm cooking.
